Ensure continuous information flow from internal/external tankering jobs.
Include the following, but not limited to;
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and accurate
Self-motivated and multi-task oriented
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Working Conditions:
Shift Schedule 7 days on (0600 to 1800), 7 days off, 7 nights on (1800 to 0600), 7 off. Individuals on their off time after working day shift will be on call for emergencies. Candidate must be able to work in an open and busy environment and be able to handle a fluctuating workload. Some overtime is required. CSR’s recently completing the day rotation will be on call/standby to cover in the event of emergency or sick time.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent maritime experience
Experience:
Minimum 1 year logistics or maritime experience preferred.
